Parfil designs twenty different coupled and transmission line RF/microwave filter types. All of the parameters needed for filter construction are computed. The program accounts for "T", cross, via and step junction effects. It also accounts for unequal phase velocities in coupled microstrip designs. Data is supplied in tabular and graphical form for either English or Metric units. The filter types are:
BAND-PASS COUPLED LINE FILTERS: Half wave - parallel coupled three coupling types Interdigital - three types of input/output coupling Combline - two types of input output coupling Hairpin - two types of input/output coupling

DRAW CAPABILITY: Creates DXF file Printed filter drawings on these Pages were created from DXF files.
CREATES NODAL ANALYSIS FILE: Creates a file for most filters for importing into ProCAP. Useful for creating diplexer designs adding other circuit elements and for Monte Carlo analysis. |
